Our Staffing Team
Tracey - Manager
Tracey joined Stanwick Pre-School in January 2025 and brings with her over 25 years of experience as a nursery manager. She originally qualified in 1997 with an NNEB and completed her Level 4 in 2009. With a strong background in leadership and compliance, Tracey has successfully managed multiple early years settings — ensuring they meet high standards of care, safety, and education.
Since joining us, Tracey has already made a number of positive changes to enhance the learning environment and strengthen our team. She is passionate about continuous improvement and loves learning — always on the lookout for new courses and training opportunities for both herself and the team to develop skills and stay up to date with best practice.
Throughout her career, Tracey has been dedicated to encouraging children to try new things, build confidence, and never give up — helping them develop the skills they need for life.
Outside of pre-school, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She’s a proud mum to two children, aged 12 and 16, and proudly embraces her role as the family “mum taxi”! As a family, they love being outdoors and exploring together, especially on paddle boards.
