Fee's & Funding

At Stanwick Pre-School, we are committed to providing high-quality early years education that is accessible and affordable for all families. We offer a range of funding options and clear pricing for additional hours.

Government Funding

We accept government-funded childcare hours for:

2-year-olds (15 hours per week for eligible families)
3 and 4-year-olds (Universal 15 hours per week)
30 hours per week for eligible working families with 3 and 4-year-olds

Funded hours can be used across our session options, depending on availability.

How to Check Eligibility & Apply

To check if you're eligible for funding and to apply for your code:

Visit the Childcare Choices website
Follow the steps to check your eligibility for 2-year-old or 30-hour funding
If eligible, you’ll receive a funding code — please share this with us before the start of term

Note: You must reconfirm your eligibility code every three months.

Fees for Non-Funded Hours

If your child attends for additional hours beyond funding, or is not yet eligible, our fees are:

2-year-olds: £8.50 per hour
3 and 4-year-olds: £7.50 per hour

All sessions (funded or paid) incur a small Provision of Service Charge of £1.75 per session to help cover additional costs not included in government funding (e.g., snacks, resources, admin).

Billing Information

Invoices are issued monthly in advance

Payment is required by the due date on the invoice

We accept payments via bank transfer – details will be included on your invoice
